  • Recurring Billing: No refunds for previous billing cycles, future charges can be cancelled
  • Partial Month/Year: No refunds for periods already consumed

Custom Development Projects

  • No Refunds: No refund available once work has started
  • Completed Work: No refund on completed work
  • Change Requests: Additional work due to scope changes is non-refundable

  • SEO Services: No refund after service has started
  • PPC Management: Management fees are non-refundable after the process has started
  • Ad Spend: Third-party advertising costs are non-refundable
